Recovery pods are specialized recovery groups unique to Body Brave!  This 8-week treatment group is for those working towards recovery from an eating disorder. Most individuals have received some form of treatment for their disordered eating/eating disorder. You don’t need a diagnosis.

Build on your existing skills and tools, increase motivation and find support in a safer space where people understand.  Each week we’ll cover a different topic relevant to your recovery. This group is not a substitute for intensive outpatient or inpatient treatment.

REQUIREMENTS: Participants must attend at least 6 out of 8 of the program sessions. The program is closed after the second week. Due to a waitlist for services, there is a cancellation fee for no-shows and late cancellations. Please check your calendar before signing up.

COST: Free of charge. Suggested Karma contribution: $25 . We are a registered charitable organization. We rely on donations to keep our doors open.

Virtual groups are conducted through secure video conferencing. You will need a computer, laptop or smartphone. Please be sure to test the system before the group start date. Instructions will be sent by email prior to the start date. Link will be sent out by email prior to sessions. Smart phone or computer is required to attend.

Understanding your nutritional needs and sticking to a meal plan can be challenging during recovery from an eating disorder. This group will help you build skills around meal planning, meal support, and nutrition for your recovery. This group is educational in nature and is not a substitute for nutrition treatment.
