Body Brave Support Groups & Services

Clients who have previously registered for our support services (support groups, intake call, individual appointments) can now manage their appointments, messages, and more through the privacy protected, Telus CHR Connect app.

Only available for Ontario clients who have previously accessed treatment services.

We listened to your feedback and made improvements to our booking and messaging system! After working with our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and looking at all possible ways to improve your experience, we’re happy to announce Telus CHR Connect!

CHR Connect offers...

Simpler Booking: Easily schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments with just a few clicks.

Improved Communication: Send and receive secure messages directly through the app, ensuring quick and easy communication with our clinical team.

Easier Login: Your personal and health information will stay private and secure using just your email and password. CHR Connect is available to download on your smartphone, tablet, or desktop.

*Please note, this is only available for existing clients who have already booked an appointment with Body Brave.

Haven't set up your CHR Connect account yet?

If you have accessed our treatment services before but haven't set up your CHR Connect yet, follow the instructions below to join. Only available for Ontario clients who have previously accessed treatment services.

📌 Note: If you've accessed TELUS CHR Connect before (even if it was for another clinic) log in using your previous log-in.

If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Password. Once you've logged in, you can then add this clinic to your account and switch to the new clinic.

1. Access the App:

Download the new app on your smartphone or tablet. You can find it on the Apple App Store here or Google Play Store here.

If you prefer using a desktop, you can also access the web version here.

2. Sign Up:

If this is your first time accessing TELUS CHR Connect, at the bottom of the login screen, select Sign Up.

Select Sign up with email, or to use single sign-on, Sign up with Google or Sign up with Apple.

If you select a single sign-on option, skip to step 4.

📌 Note: Ensure that you add the same information you have on file with us. CHR Connect uses first name, last name, date of birth and health number in order to match you with your patient profile at the clinic.

3. Create your Account:

On the 'Create a New Account' screen, fill in your email address and create your password.

Read & click the checkboxes to confirm the Terms of Use and Privacy and Consent Information.

Click Sign up or, if using single sign-on, select Continue.
Your TELUS CHR Connect account is created, and a window appears advising that a confirmation email has been sent. If you do not receive the email, click Resend email. Once the confirmation email is sent, the window disappears and you are taken to the CHR Connect Log in screen.

📌 Note: The password must have at least one uppercase, lowercase, digit, and special character. The password must also be at least 8 characters long.

4. Add Body Brave to your account:

*If you received a previous invitation link, you can skip this step.

On the Add Clinic screen, use the Search clinics field to search for Body Brave.

Select the + icon beside the clinic name to add the clinic.

5. Confirm your Account:

Check the "I have visited this clinic before" box at the top of the page

Type the required information about yourself in the appropriate fields.

Click Connect.
