Oriana Evoy (she/her)
Oriana Evoy is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Master of Education in Counselling Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto. Oriana believes strongly in the creation of a safe, compassionate therapeutic space to help clients access emotions and safely examine pain, challenges, and areas of difficulty. Oriana has experience working with clients struggling with self-esteem concerns and eating disorders. She believes in encouraging a relationship with your body that promotes self-worth, connection, and joy.
Oriana views respect, curiosity, and compassion as the pillars that guide her work with clients in their journey to reconnect with sense of self and explore their emotional, psychological, relational, and physiological distress. Her approach is client centered, trauma informed, and strengths based. Her core values are being an ally and working from an anti-oppressive framework. Therapy will focus on exploring emotions, accessing inner resources, creating strategies, and developing tools in support of healing, growth, and health.
