Virtual treatment & support for wherever you are on your journey
Stepped care approach to recovery
We offer online, self-guided support programming, as well as group and individual treatment services. Our model of care is based on a ‘stepped care’ approach to recovery. Stepped care is an evidence-based, staged system involving a series of interventions, from the least to the most intensive. This model of care allows people to ‘step up’ or ‘step down’ care intensity to match their unique needs and preferences.
