Our services are free of charge. Whether you’re struggling with body image issues, disordered eating or an eating disorder (diagnosed or undiagnosed), Body Brave has services that you might find helpful. IN-PERSON TREATMENT AND SUPPORT
We offer evidence-based treatment programs and workshops at our space in Hamilton, Ontario.
VIRTUAL TREATMENT AND SUPPORT
We offer privacy-protected online treatment groups and workshops to people across Canada.
ONE-ON-ONE TREATMENT AND SUPPORT
We offer low-intensity individual support as well as psychotherapy to a limited number of people based on need.
OUR PROGRAMS
We take a person-centered approach to our programs. We will try our best to meet you where you’re at and offer a variety of options. Our programs blend education, insight development, motivation and skill building. We work with people from across Canada. Please note that we are not a substitute for intensive inpatient or outpatient treatment.
