Have you ever wondered how it might feel to be friends with yourself? With your own body? To honour your body and accept it for what it is – unique, and yours alone?
In this experiential group, you will explore your feelings and needs, body image and your relationship to your past and your future. Through art and mindfulness you may learn more about yourself and incorporate new self-care techniques into your toolbox.
Activities include creating a vision board, sculpture, drawings etc.
This group is facilitated by Kinga Zak and Hannah Sampson, students of the Toronto Art Therapy Institute.
